ఉదయాస్తమయ పర్వతముల నడుమ గల భువనములందు విస్తరించియున్న శరీరకాంతులు కల్గినదానా! కరుణాసింధూ! ఓ గాయత్రీమాతా! నీ లోకములను నిత్యము రక్షించుకొనుము.
2) శుభ మేమి భవత్ పద మార్జనయా
సుఖమేమి భవత్ కర లాలనయా।
యశ ఏమి భవద్గుణ కీర్తనయా
ఋతమేమి భవన్మను చింతనయా॥
నీ పాదములను కడుగుట వలన శుభమును, నీ కరయుగ్మలాలనముచే సుఖమును, నీ గుణగానముచే కీర్తిని, నీ మంత్రజపముచే సత్యప్రవృత్తిని పొందుదునుగాక.
3) అధరీకృత కామగవీ చరితే!
ఉరరీకృత సాధు సుభక్తనుతే!
విదళీకృత దానవ దుష్ట గతే!
విశదీకృత మౌని మనః ప్రకృతే!
కామధేను చరిత్రను మించిన చరిత్ర నీది. భక్తుల నమస్కారములను అంగీకరించు శీలము నీది. దానవుల దుష్టతను తొలగించు ప్రవృత్తి నీది. మౌనుల మనఃప్రవృత్తులను తీర్చి దిద్దు కరుణ నీదే.
4) భవబంధన మోచన కేళి రతే
కరుణామృత సేచన భవ్యగతే
గతి ధిక్కృత గంధగజాధిపతే
శ్రుతి కీర్తిత దివ్య గుణ ప్రతతే
సంసార బంధమును తొలగించి, కరుణారసమును చిలికించి, గమనముచే గజాధిపతిని నిర్జించి శ్రుతులచే పొగడబడిన గుణసంపద గల తల్లీ నీకు ప్రణతులు.
5) సుజనీకృత సర్వ విరోధిపతే!
స్వజనీకృత నిశ్చల భక్త తతే!
ధ్వజినీకృత సర్వసతీ నివహే!
విజనీకృత సన్నుత కేళి గృహే!
నీ సర్వ విరోధులను సుజనులుగా మార్చుకొను నేర్పుగలదానవు. భక్తులను నీ స్వజనముగా స్వీకరించు ఔదార్యము కలదానవు. సతీవర్గమును నీకు సైనికవర్గముగా చేసికొనే సౌశీల్యము గలదానవు. నీ కేళి గృహమున మాత్రమెవ్వరికిని (నీ పతికి తక్క) స్థానము నీయని పతివ్రతవు.
6) తనుతాం తనుతాం మమ పాపశతమ్
భజతాం భజతాం విరతిం దురితమ్!
అయతామయతాం జన దుశ్చరితం
త్వసతా మసతాం నికృతం సుకృతమ్॥
నా పాపశతము క్షయమునందునుగాక! నీ భక్తుల పాపము శమించుగాక! జనుల దుష్కృత్యములు శుభకృత్యములగుగాక! దుర్జనుల చరితము నీ దయ వలన సుచరితమగుగాక!
7) వివిధాని వచాంసి వదేత్ జనతా
తవ నామ న కించిదపి స్మరతి
క్షమయా కృపయా పరిపాలయ తాం
జననీ యది కుప్యతి కః శరణమ్?
జనములలో చాలామంది ఏవేవో ప్రలాపములు చేయుదురే గానీ, నీ నామమును ఉచ్చరించువారెవ్వరును లేరు. వారి అజ్ఞానమును క్షమింపుము. తల్లియే కోపించిన బిడ్డలకిక దిక్కెవ్వరు?
8) హరి రుద్ర విరించి దివస్పతయో
గతయోగతయోపగతిమ్ దధతే।
యదినోపదిశేస్తదవశ్య విధీన్
జగతాం గతిరేతి తమః పటలమ్॥
త్రిమూర్తులు, ఇంద్రుడు యోగమార్గమున నిన్నే ధ్యానింతురు. వారి వారి కర్తవ్యములను ఎప్పటికప్పుడు తెలుపకపోయినచో లోకములన్నియు చీకటి మయమైపోవా?
ఓ గాయత్రీ! నీ భయము వలననే వాయువు వీచుచున్నాడు. నీ భయము వలననే సూర్యుడు లోకములకు వెలుగునిచ్చుచున్నాడు. నీకు భయపడియే ఇంద్రుడు, అగ్ని, లోకపాలకత్వమును వహించుచున్నారు.
11) వృథా దేహదార్ఢ్యం వృథా వస్తు వృద్ధిః
వృథా పుత్ర పౌత్రాది చాయుర్వృథైవ।
వృథా తస్య జన్మాపి యస్త్వాం వివర్జ్య
యథేచ్ఛం ప్రవర్తేత విప్రోSపి భూత్వా॥
విప్రుడైయుండియు ఎవడు నిన్ను విడిచి యథేచ్ఛముగా లోకయాత్ర సాగించునో, వాని దేహసంపద, వస్తుసంపద, దారాపుత్రాది సంపద, ఆయుస్సంపద - చివరకు వాని జన్మము కూడ వ్యర్థములే.
12) స్త్రియా మన్త్ర పాఠాధికారో న చేత్ స్యాత్,
భవన్నిత్య పూజాధికారోSస్తి తంత్రాత్।
తథా శూద్ర జాతి స్తథై వాన్త్యజా వా,
భవత్ పూజనార్హాశ్చ తాన్ రక్ష మాతః॥
స్త్రీలకు, శూద్రులకు నీ మంత్రపాఠము విషయమున అధికారము లేకున్నను, తంత్ర విధానముచే నీ పూజాదికములు నిర్వర్తించు అధికారమున్నది. వారి పూజను స్వీకరించి, వారిని కూడా విప్రులవలెనే కాపాడుచుందువుగాక!
1) Udayaasthamayaachala madhya charath
Kamaneeya sareera sukaanthimathi!
Karunaa varunaalaya madhyakaley!
Paripaalaya loka mahojanani!
O light that bathes the earth between sunrises and sunsets, O ocean of love, O mother Gayatri, please protect your worlds.
2) Subhamemi bhavath pada maarjanayaa
Sukhamemi bhavath kara laalanayaa|
Yasa emi bhavadguna keerthanayaa
Rithamemi bhavanmanu chinthanayaa||
May those who wash your feet and hands get good fortune and happiness. May those who sing your virtues get glory, and may those who chant your mantra lead a righteous life.
3) Adhareekritha kaamagavee charithey!
Urareekritha saadhu subhakthanuthey!
Vidaleekritha daanava dushta gathey!
Visadeekritha mouni manah prakrithey!
As a giver, your fame is larger than Kamadhenu’s. You readily accept your devotees’ respect and love. Cleansing the evil in demons is your second nature. It is your grace that blesses ascetics to overcome fickleness of the mind.
4) Bhava bandhna mochana keli rathey
Karunaamritha sechana bhavyagathey
Gathi dhikkritha gandhagajaadhipathey
Sruthi keerthitha divya guna prathathey
You remove the shackles of samsara and the ill-effects of Gajadhipati, the sacred texts so glorify your virtues. I bow to you O mother.
5) Sujaneekritha sarva virodhipathey!
Swajaneekritha nischala bhaktha thathey!
Dhwajineekritha sarva sathee nivahey!
Vijineekritha sannutha keli grihey!
You turn every foe into a friend. You accept everyone as your own and they in turn shall willingly join your army if need be. You are a pativrata.
6) Thanuthaam thanuthaam mama paapasatham
Bhajathaam bhajathaam virathim duritham!
Ayathaam ayathaam jana duscharitham
Thwasathaam asathaam nikrithi sukritham||
May your devotees' sins wane. By your grace, may misdeeds become virtuous deeds and ignoble reputations become noble.
7) Vividhaani vachaamsi vadeth janathaa
Thava naama na kinchidapi smarathi
Kshamayaa kripayaa paripaalaya thaam
Jananee yadi kupyathi kah saranam?
Please countenance those who ignore to chant your name with devotion. Forgive their ignorance as a mother would.
8) Hari Rudra Virinchi divaspathayo
Gathayo gathayo pagathim dadhathey|
Yadinopadisesthadavasya vidheen
Jagathaam gathirethi thamah patalam||
The Trinity and Lord Indra pray to you through the path of Yoga and get guidance from you. Without that the worlds will fall into darkness.
9) Vinaa veda maathraa, na Dhaathaa na Vishnuh
Na Rudro na chendro na Suryo na Chandrah|
Na thaaraa na lokaa na kaalaa na vedaa
Na saasthram na vidyaa na manthro na thantham||
Without you O mother Gayatri, Brahma, Vishnu, Rudra, Indra, Surya, Chandra, the stars, the worlds, time, the vedas, knowledge, and mantra-tantra don’t exist.
10) Bibhethyeva vaayusthwadagrey pravaathum
Thapathyeva Suryo bhayaath thwathsakaasey|
Bhiyaa chendra vahnee thwadaajnyaam vahethey
Pradhaava thyaho doora desam sa mrithyuh||
O Gayatri, it is the fear of you that makes Vayu give air and Surya give light. It is the fear of you that makes Indra and Agni fulfil their responsibilities as rulers of the world.
11) Vrithaa dehadaardhyam vrithaa vasthu vriddhih
Vrithaa puthra pouthraadi chaayurvrithaiva|
Vrithaa thasya janmaapi yasthwaam vivarjya
Yatheccham pravarthetha vipropi bhoothwaa||
A person of knowledge who turns a blind eye to you, such a person's riches like good health, wealth, family, longevity, including the very birth itself, are in vain.
12) Sthriyaa manthra paathaadhikaaro na cheth syaath,
Bhavannithya poojaadhikaarosthi thanthraath|
Thathaa soodra jaathi sthaivaanthyajaa vaa,
Bhavath poojanaarhaascha thaan raksha maathah||
Although women and shoodras cannot pray to you in the mantra form, they can worship you in the tantra method through rituals. Please accept their prayers and protect them too.
The one who beams inside and outside of Omkaaram! The Royal Swan who swims in the pond of Upanishads! The one who propagates the practice of Vedic Dharma! Dear Goddess Gayathri! The Bestower of boons! Dear Mother! Good Morning to You!
2) Sayyaam vimuncha vibudhendra Virinchi Vishnu
Rudraasthvadeekshana galath karunaamruthaartham|
baddhaanjali prakata bhakthi rathaa namanthi
Gaayathri! Devi! Varadey! Thava suprabhaatam!!
Dear Mother! Indra, Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva have gathered here with devotion to seek your merciful vision. Wake up, Mother. Good Morning to You!
3) Srushtikriyaa nipunathaa parilipsayaa ya
sthvaamabhravaacha manusruthya jajaapa dhaathaa|
soyam thvadaasisha mapekshya samaagathothra
Gaayathri! Devi! Varadey! Thava suprabhaatam!!
Brahma seeks Your skill in creation. So, chanting Your manthra in the form of Akaasa Vani, He arrived here for your blessings. Dear Mother! Good Morning to You.
4) Tthaddivya samsadabhiyaana mahey muhusthva
daasamjanaartham upayuktha bhujaassusakhyah|
yaa Brahma Vishnu girisasthriya aagathaasthaa
Gaayathri! Devi! Varadey! Thava suprabhaatam!!
Vani, Lakshmi and Parvathi, who usually lend You their shoulders to rest Your arms on, while you walk away to rest, are here, waiting for You. Dear Mother! Good Morning to You.
5) Airaavanaath samavatheerya gruhaajirey tha
Indro bhavath savidha desam upaagathoyam|
doh keerna poorna kalasena purodhasaathra
Gaayathri! Devi! Varadey! Thava suprabhaatam!!
Indra got down His vehicle, Airaavatham, and has walked here along with Bruhaspathi, who is holding full urns, in order to welcome You. Dear Mother! Good Morning to You.
6) Anyecha lokapathaya sthava darsanaarthaah
thvannethra peedana karaani kanath prabhaani|
samthyajya rathna makutaani namanthi bhakthyaa
Gaayathri! Devi! Varadey! Thava suprabhaatam!!
Other dikpaalakas also have arrived, putting their crowns aside, to make sure the brightness from their crown jewels won't disturb Your gaze. Dear Mother, Good Morning to You.
7) Swarvaahinee salila pooritha deergha hasthah
Vighnaadhipah parama bhakthirasa prasasthah|
praapthothra yushmadabhishechana baddha buddhih
Gaayathri! Devi! Varadey! Thava suprabhaatam!!
Ganesha, Your devotee, is here. He has collected Akaasa Ganga in His Trunk to anoint You with the Holy Waters. Dear Mother, Good Morning to You.
8) Saankhyaayana sthviha bhavajjaniraathmagothra
Aasee ditheesha sudithaasya natath sugarvah|
Bhaavyassathey mrudula manda manojgna haasaih
Gaayathri! Devi! Varadey! Thava suprabhaatam!!
Sage Saankhyaayana is here with his face beaming with pride, as You have been born in his dynasty. He is dear to you, isn't he? Dear Mother, Good Morning to You.
9) Saptharshaya sthviha samaagathi maamananthi
yushmath sabhaabhigamanaartham apekshamaanaah|
palyankikaa vahana keli subuddha madhyaah
Gaayathri! Devi! Varadey! Thava suprabhaatam!!
Saptha Rishis are eagerly waiting to carry You in a palanquin to Your Royal Court. Dear Mother, Good Morning to You.
Sage Viswamithra, who, dutifully inquires You about Your sound sleep, wants to perform his routine of proclaiming the power of Your manthra in the whole world. He is here to seek Your blessings. Dear Mother, Good Morning to You!
ఓంకార మంత్రము యొక్క బయట, లోపల ప్రకాశించుదానా! ఉపనిషత్తులనెడి ఉద్యాన సరస్సున విహరించు రాజహంసీ! వేద ధర్మములను ఆచరించుటకు ప్రేరణమిచ్చుదానా! ఓ గాయత్రిదేవీ! వరప్రదాత్రీ! ఓ తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము (అగుగాక).
2) శయ్యాం విముంచ విబుధేంద్ర విరించి విష్ణు
రుద్రాస్త్వదీక్షణ గలత్ కరుణామృతార్థం।
బద్ధాంజలి ప్రకట భక్తి రతా నమన్తి
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
ఓ తల్లీ! ఇంద్రుడు, బ్రహ్మ, విష్ణు, మహేశ్వరులునీ కన్నుల నుండి ప్రసరించు దయామృతమును కోరి భక్తినమ్రులై వచ్చియున్నారు. నిద్ర వీడుము. నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
3) సృష్టిక్రియా నిపుణతా పరిలిప్సయా య
స్త్వామభ్రవాచ మనుసృత్య జజాప ధాతా।
సోSయం త్వదాశిష మపేక్ష్య సమాగతోSత్ర
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
సృష్టిక్రియ యందు నైపుణ్యమును నీ నుండి పొందగోరి బ్రహ్మ ఆకాశవాణి మాటల చొప్పున నీ మంత్రమును జపించి, నీ ఆశీస్సులకై వచ్చియున్నాడు. (వాని కోర్కె తీర్పుము). ఓ తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
4) త్త్వద్దివ్య సంసదభియాన మహే ముహుస్త్వ
దాసంజనార్థ ముపయుక్త భుజాస్సుసఖ్యః।
యా బ్రహ్మ విష్ణు గిరిశస్త్రియ ఆగతాస్తా
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
నీవు కొలువు తీరుటకు వెడలు సమయమున చేతులు ఆనుకొనుటకై అలవాటుగా తమ భుజములను ఆసరాగా ఇచ్చు వాణి, లక్ష్మి, పార్వతులు వచ్చి నీముందు నిలబడియున్నారు. ఓ తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
5) ఐరావణాత్ సమవతీర్య గృహాజిరే త
ఇంద్రో భవత్ సవిధ దేశ ముపాగతోSయమ్।
దోఃకీర్ణ పూర్ణ కలశేన పురోధసాSత్ర
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
ఇంద్రుడు ఐరావతమును దిగి, పూర్ణ కలశములు ధరించిన బృహస్పతితో కూడి నీకు స్వాగతము చెప్పుటకు నీ సమీపమునకు వచ్చియున్నాడు. ఓ తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
6) అన్యేచ లోకపతయ స్తవ దర్శనార్థాః
త్వన్నేత్రపీడన కరాణి కనత్ ప్రభాణి।
సంత్యజ్య రత్న మకుటాని నమన్తి భక్త్యా
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
ఇతర దిక్పాలకులు కూడా తమ కిరీట రత్న కాంతుల వలన నీ చూపులకు విఘాతము కలుగునను భయముతో వాటిని విసర్జించి నీకు నమస్కరింప వచ్చిరి. తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
7) స్వర్వాహినీ సలిల పూరిత దీర్ఘహస్తః
విఘ్నాధిపః పరమ భక్తిరస ప్రశస్తః।
ప్రాప్తోSత్ర యుష్మదభిషేచన బద్ధ బుద్ధిః
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
నీ భక్తుడైన వినాయకుడు తన తొండముతో ఆకాశగంగా జలములను తెచ్చి, నీకు అభిషేకము చేయుటకై వచ్చియున్నాడు. తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
8) సాంఖ్యాయన స్త్విహ భవజ్జని రాత్మగోత్ర
ఆసీ దితీష దుదితాస్య నటత్ సుగర్వః।
భావ్యస్స తే మృదుల మంద మనోజ్ఞ హాసైః
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
సాంఖ్యాయనమహర్షి తన వంశమున నీకు జన్మించుట వలన గర్వము తొణికిసలాడు ముఖముతో ఇక్కడకు చేరియున్నాడు. ఆయన నీకు సంభావ్యుడు కదా. తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
9) సప్తర్షయ స్త్విహ సమాగతి మామనన్తి
యుష్మత్సభాభిగమనార్థ మపేక్షమాణాః।
పల్యంకికా వహన కేళి సుబద్ధ మధ్యాః
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
సప్తమహర్షులు నిన్ను నీ సభాభవనమును ప్రవేశపెట్టుటకై నీ పల్లకిని మోయుటకు నడుములు బిగించి సిద్ధముగా నిలచియున్నారు. తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
10) త్వత్ సౌఖశాయనికతా మధిగత్య శిష్యైః
శ్రీ కౌశికోముని రసౌ తవ పూర్ణ తత్త్వం।
లోకే ప్రకాశయితు కామ ఇహాగతాస్త్వాం
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
నీకు అలవాటుగా సౌఖశాయనికత్వమును (సుఖముగా నిద్ర పోయితివా అని అడుగు ఉద్యోగివృత్తిని) వహించు విశ్వామిత్రుడు నీ మంత్రశక్తిని లోకములలో చాటు నిమిత్తము నీ దర్శనమునకు వచ్చియున్నాడు. ఓ తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
11) మందేహ దానవ దవోద్దమనాయ విప్రాః
ప్రాభాతి కార్ఘ్యఘటితాంజలయః ప్రహృష్టాః।
ద్వారే వసన్తి భవదీక్షణ సంప్రతీక్షాః
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
మందేహాది దానవులనెడి దావాగ్నిని అణగించుటకై తమ హస్తములందు అర్ఘ్యజలములను నింపి విప్రులు నీ అనుజ్ఞ కొఱకు వచ్చి వేచియున్నారు. తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
12) ఓం భూర్భువస్స్వరితి తత్సవితుర్వరేణ్యం
భర్గోSనుషజ్య విమలేస్వహృది ప్రపన్నాః।
త్వత్తః ప్రచోదన మపేక్ష్య హి వర్ణి వర్గాః
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
వ్యాహృతి త్రయముతో నీ మంత్రమును జపించుచు, దాని అర్థమును భావించుకొనుచు, నీ దర్శనాపేక్షతో బ్రహ్మచారి గణము వచ్చియున్నది. తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
13) సిద్ధాంత భేద గణనాత్ ప్రవిముహ్య ముఖ్య
సూర్యోదయాస్తమయకాలవిబోధనార్థాః।
తాన్ పశ్య నైకటిక నైష్ఠిక విప్రముఖ్యాన్
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
పలురకములైన జ్యోతిష సిద్ధాంతములవల్ల మోహముచెంది అసలు సిసలు సూర్యోదయాస్తమయ ముఖ్యకాలమును నీనుండి తెలిసికొనగోరి పెక్కురు నైష్ఠకులైన విప్రవరులు నీచెంత వసించియున్నారు. తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
14) సౌగంధికాని కుసుమాని సురద్రుకీర్ణా
న్యాదాయ దివ్య వనితా ఉపగత్య నమ్రాః।
కేశ ప్రసాధన విధౌ నవరీతి మేత్య
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
నీ కేశాలంకరణకై క్రొత్త క్రొత్త విధానములు నేర్చుకొన్న దేవకాంతలు కల్పవృక్షములయొక్క సుగంధభరితములైన పుష్పములతో వచ్చియున్నారు. ఓ తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
15) స్వర్లోక సింధు వినిమజ్జన శుద్ధ దేహః
త్వద్దేహ శీర్ణ కుసుమా న్యపహేతు కామః।
మందానిలః ప్రసరతీహ గృహోపకంఠే
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
ఆకాశగంగా ప్రవాహమున స్నానమాడి చల్లనైన శరీరముతో మెల్లగా నీ శరీరమునకంటుకున్న జీర్ణపుష్పములను తొలగించుటకై మందానిలుడు వచ్చియున్నాడు. తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
16) గోలోక గోపవనితా కరమంథనోత్థ
సద్యో విభాత దధిభాండ నిరూఢ శబ్దాః।
తత్కంకణధ్వని జిగీషుతయాSరటన్తి
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
గోలోకమునందలి గోపకాంతలు తెల్లవారుజాముననే లేచి, (నీ హోమమునకై) వెన్నకొఱకు దధిభాండములను చిలుకుచున్న చప్పుళ్ళు వారి కరకంకణధ్వనులతో పోటీపడి నీకు సుప్రభాతమును చెప్పుచున్నవా అన్నట్లున్నవి. తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
17) త్వా మాహ్వయన్నివ సురద్రుమ మూలబద్ధ
స్వర్ ధేను నిర్మల పయఃకణ పాన తుష్టః।
వత్సః ప్రనృత్యతి భవద్భవనాంగణేంబే
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
కల్పవృక్షకాండము మొదలున కట్టబడియున్న కామధేనువు పాలను తనివితీరా త్రాగి, దాని వత్సము నీ భవనప్రాంగణమున గంతులువైచుచు నిన్ను పిల్చుచున్నది. ఓ తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
18) యాం స్త్వం వరై రభిమతైః పరితర్పయన్తీ
యామత్రయావధిక రాత్రి మయాపయ స్తే।
ప్రాప్తా నమస్కరణ కీర్ణ కృతజ్ఞభావాః
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
రాత్రి మూడు జాముల వఱకు నీవలన ఆయా వరములు పొందిన భక్తులందఱు తమ కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలుపుకొనుటకై నమస్కరింపగ వచ్చియున్నారు. ఓ తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
19) ఆగచ్ఛతేత్యభిమతం వదతేతి చైతత్
గృహ్ణీత చేతి యదుదార వచస్త్వమాత్థ।
ఆవర్తయన్తి తవ గేహ శుకాస్తదేవ
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
రండు, మీ కోర్కెలను తెల్పుడు, ఇది పుచ్చుకొనుడు అని నిత్యము నీవు భక్తులతో పలుకు మాటలను మాటిమాటికి ఆవృత్తి చేయుచున్న నీ పెంపుడు చిలుకలివిగో. తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
20) మందాకినీ జల పవిత్రిత రాజహంస్యః
ప్రాప్తా భవద్గమనరీతి సుశిక్షణార్థాః।
తుండాగ్ర సంభృత మృణాళ నవోపహారాః
గాయత్రి! దేవి! వరదే! తవ సుప్రభాతమ్॥
ఆకాశగంగానదియందు స్నానముచేసి పవిత్రదేహములు దాల్చిన ఆడుహంసలు ఆ నదియందలి తామరతూండ్లను నీకు కానుకగా ఇచ్చి, నీ నుండి నడకల అందమును నేర్చుకొనుటకై వచ్చియున్నవి. తల్లీ! నీకు సుప్రభాతము.
